Three missed periods faint line??

Ive missed three periods (oct, nov, dec). Ive been testing since a week after my first missed one, and they all have said negative including the blood test i had done in November in the ER. I havnt tested in a couple weeks but got a urge to try again first thing this morning and i think i have a faint line but i dont want to get my hopes up if maybe its just lighting or something else😩 ive had a couple symptoms but not all. any opinions will be well appreciated 💖
