Sleeping on my tummy ok?

Question

I did a Google search for sleeping on my stomach but came up with multiple different views. I'm wondering if anyone has asked their doctor if it's OK to sleep on your stomach and if so for how long? I'm at tummy sleeper and have always been a tummy sleeper and I am still sleeping on my tummy at 17 weeks, but as I get bigger I'm wondering if I shouldn't anymore?

My doc said it’s fine as long as I’m comfortable. She also said I’ll know and be able to feel when it’s time to stop tummy sleeping. I got a snoogle pillow and started side sleeping just to get used to when I can no long tummy sleep. I’m 20 weeks and just started to feel uncomfortable on my tummy (lots of pressure) so I have stopped.

Im 9 weeks and it’s the only way I can sleep so im sure you will be okay! Body will know when it’s time to stop. 🖤

I stopped at 24 weeks, because I couldn’t anymore. I miss it everyday.

My sister in law is a nurse and says it's bad for the baby cause it's putting pressure on him/her,but I stopped just cause it got uncomfortable that's how I used to sleep most the time before I was pregnant

I stopped sleeping on my stomach at like 12 weeks all I could feel was a ball on my stomach after 12 weeks so I couldn’t do it anymore
