help, need some info. 😊

Hello lovely ladies! Im 14 weeks in and doing great but last 4 days every day around 12 o'clock i get this dizziness and i need to sit down for like an hour and if i don't i feel like I'm gonna pass out. Anybody having that? Also today i got pike pins and needles in my right booby. Sorry for the expression 😁 it still comes and goes over the last half a day. If anybody has an explanation for this would appreciate that a lot. Or do you think i should go see a doctor?
