Painful cramps

I have been having these painful cramps in my abdominal area and every time I have them I end up getting severely nauseated. Christmas Day was the one day I ate a lot for the first time in a while, I haven't really wanted to eat lately because of my nausea. I really have no idea what is going on with me... I need some advice or answers
