Question

What are some things you girls eat to keep you full longer ?? I constantly have to eat/snack throughout the day to keep nausea under control.

I don’t have much of an appetite but I try to add protein where I can - cheese or peanut butter on crackers, PB on apple slices, protein powder in my shakes. Meat grosses me out right now so I eat it in ways that aren’t just hunks of meat - like ground chicken in pasta, chicken tenders, pot stickers/dumplings. I find the protein really helps

Look into low glycemic foods. There is a huge list. Make snacks from that list and eat smaller meals more often during the day.

You're better off snacking during the day than eating any big meals. Especially in the first trimester.
