Strange cramp
I’ve been getting a cramp lately on my right side, more like a side-stitch type of feeling. Usually happens after I am walking around, even if it is not fast or not for long. Usually sitting or lying down makes it go away. Does anyone else ever experience this? If so, are there any stretches I can be doing to combat it?
