I’ll be 22 weeks on Thursday does that mean I hit my 6 month mark? There’s no way! Time is flying. Do you ladies agree with this chart?

This is the chart I'm using. At the end of the 21 weeks I will have completed 5 full months. So Thursday I will start my 6 month.

I asked my OB  this morning and she said at 26 weeks you're considered 6 months. so I'm 22weeks now..  for now I'm only 5 months..
