I am nearing the end of my first trimester and my 4 yr old doesn't nap but man do I need them. My compromise is to doze on the couch while she watches tv or plays with her toys (don't judge I work at 230am). Today I reminded her that her bottom was near my belly and to be careful about bumping into too much...(fast forward to middle of my attempt to doze) she has been up and down and bumping into my belly multiple times... finally I give up and got up. I asked her if she remembered what I said...she said "yes, but I want my sibling to come now" I exppained to her that her sibling would not live out side my tummy yet. Any other mommies seal with this?
