just diagnosed with pcos
I was just diagnosed with this, ordered vitex to see if that will help. I am diabetic and overweight and I know I need to try and lose weight it's just been extremely hard between work and home. My husband and I have been trying for 2 years almost. I had a period nov 30-dec12 and just started spotting on the 22nd. I'm still spotting and idk what's going on with my body I'm so lost...any advice would be much appreciated!
