could it be implantation?? HELP

since we been TTC... i have been trying to track CM for ovulation and have been taking opks but absolutely no CM or positive and all of a sudden today i go shopping and run to public toilets for number 1 and i wipe and alot of CM and little bit of blood????? anyone know what this mean... and now theres absolutely nothing again??? HELP
