Getting your period to start with PCOS!!
I did it!!! Cycle day one is here FINALLY!! I went off birth control in September and haven’t had a period since! So after confirming I wasn’t pregnant I started research and decided to try progesterone cream! I used Now brand it’s $11 on Amazon! I put it on in the morning and at night for 12 days along with Young Livings Dragon time. It took 3 days for me to start my period after discontinuing!!
