I am 20weeks pregnant and I have so much pressure down there is that normal? Like I can feel it alot when I get up and down and sneeze

I was told to rest and drink LOTS of water. Sounds like you may be having Braxton Hicks contractions. I was put on bed rest for the day when I first started experiencing them. If it stays consistent they’ll put you on permanent bed rest so be sure to inform your doctor and see what his/her opinion is.

I had the same thing. I was told it was the way the baby is positioned. If it’s a constant pressure I would probably say something at your next appointment.

You should bring it up to your OB or midwife, but usually it’s just due to how baby is positions, as usually at this stage they’re still very low!
