I have hemroids up the cazoo! It’s the worst pain I’ve ever been in before and I REALLY need help someone please ! I need to know what the fastest possible thing I could do to get them gone or to shrink !! I will try anything so please don’t feel shy to explain gross stuff!! Cause I’ve never been in so much pain before!!

Also if I posted a picture would someone tell me if I should see a doctor...?
