Next cycle, I want to start tracking if/when I’m ovulating. But I have NO idea when/if ovulate or how to work those ovulation tests.

For example, do I start testing the day after my period? Since I literally have no idea when I’m ovulating. I’ve read the 14 day rule isn’t always accurate for some.

Do I test in the morning with FMU or do I test in the afternoon? I’m a big water drinker, can that dilute tests?

EDUCATE ME!!! Please :) lol. I have no idea what I’m doing.
