How long did it take to get your BFP?

This is our second month trying and  second BFN. I've been tracking just about everything for several months now and my cycles are very regular. I know we haven't been ttc very long but I'm trying not to get discouraged. How long did it take you ladies to get your BFP? Did you do something different the month you conceived? Did you end up needing fertility treatments? Thanks in advance!

4 years. 1 treatment. BFP on 14dpo.
We knew we would. We’d help because my pcos and hypothyroid issues. Just took a while for the military to let him be home long enough to get help. But the first treatment was our miracle.

8 months for us.
I had already counted myself out the month we conceived so I tested the day after my missed period, total surprise! Good luck!

For me, 10dpo was a very faint positive, 12dpo was strong positive.

Starting cycle 11 now...nothing yet. Not even an early loss. We have an RE appt scheduled for February. Sucks because I'm very healthy in every other way and take very good care of my body (healthy weight, exercise 5 times a week, eat well, never smoked or any drugs)
