Does anyone know what these little red dots that resembles a small red mole are?! I have like two of them i think lol i really dont knoe what they are and when i google them up herpes pops up or warts but these are not it lol im getting frustrated I’ve had them for years now and idk what they are should i be concerned ?! They are like within my skin they are not on the external part of my skin if that makes sense
