Traveling to Thailand on my 27th week

Hi everyone, hope you all are doing well.

I am 27th week and I already had a holiday plan this year end, that would be Thailand(Krabi, phuket, Bangkok ). I have done some research and I would be avoiding long walk, too much walking on sand, avoid cold food, avoid island trip on ferry, drink coconut water, eat lots of fruit, take some protein powder daily.

Apart from this could you please help me be prepared for this holiday. I would mostly prefer stay at hotel and roam around my hotel only, and let my big family have fun on their own way. 😌
