How do you stop trying?

I hear everyone say, it’ll happen when you least expect it. Stop trying and stressing... HOW? Help me understand how you just stop trying to conceive!?

I deleted the glow app and left it in Gods hands for several months. I'm pregnant now!

Just have sex and enjoy it. Keep yourself busy to keep your mind off of it. That’s what I did. Easier said than done for some people though

pick up a new hobby, focus on yourself and your relationship and keep busy. start working out, reading a new book, teach yourself to knit and stay off this app ;) 
when I got pregnant the first time (baby is now 13mos old) I had started focusing on losing weight and going on dates with my husband/focusing on us and working. I didn't even check this app the entire tww and didn't really think about pregnancy. It was cycle 10 of trying and I was kind of just over it by then.

How do you stop trying?
