Bad odor, should I douche after sex?

My SO has been ejaculating in me 2-4 times a week during sex and I noticed extremely bad vagina odor since we have been together. I checked for STDS and yeast infection-none. Should I douche right after sex?? I read mixed opinions on it but my odor has gone so bad that people around me will notice an unpleasant smell!! 😭

Just shower after if it smells but you have a clean bill of health

Don’t use soap.
Use water to wash it off. 
Keep the area dry. 
Use plain, unflavored and unsweetened yoghurt like a face mask on your vulva and maybe a little inside the vagina too. Wear a pad and wash it off with water 2 hours later. You can do this 3 times a day, for a few days till you notice the smell has reduced. (Make sure the yoghurt ingredients has probiotics in it) 
Semen has the tendency to ruin the pH balance of a vagina which causes smell. So it’s expected!

The smell can be cause by the use of soap or body wash. This is not to say you can’t use the soap at all. You just have to be very precise in the placement of the soap. Outer lips and fold only. I also have a detachable shower head to make sure I get all the soap residue.
