How can I tell if I have had a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy?
This time felt different I felt pregnant, I can’t explain it I just felt pregnant. And my period has been coming 3 days early for the last 5 months but this month it came the day before it should normally come, I had pains in lower back and lower belly and so much worse than normal and a few days before I was due. I was a little heavier than normal and in a lot more pain than normal, even after a few days of being on.
I’m normally in pain 1-2 days max this time it’s been 2-3 days before and the whole time I was on and a day after but it’s not constant it’s coming and going? 
Any advice please? 
And before someone says go to doctors I don’t have time to m, this is why I’m asking on here

if it was a chemical then you'd have a positive test. that's really the only way to know.

If you’ve had a miscarriage you should be able to take a test and it will be positive. 
If you are having or had a chemical pregnancy then you need to go to the doctors. It’s very serious.

What made you think you were pregnant this time? Is it possible you just convince me yourself you were because you really wanted to be?

I had a chemical pregnancy. It looked and felt no different than a period. 
As a person of 31 years though, I’ve experienced all sorts of periods. 
They are not always going to be consistent and the same. 
Had I not taken a pregnancy test and gotten a positive, I would have just thought my period was a week late.

A chemical is just a very early miscarriage. It means the egg never implanted in your uterus. A period will likely follow a chemical and your faint positive will turn to negative. If you’re having a miscarriage, you’ll likely experience cramping and bleeding and may still get positive pregnancy tests.
