Bad sign?

We were just chilling at home and my bf was sitting on the couch and me behind in the kitchen. When I walked over to give him food he was on instagram and suddenly talking about this chick who turned crazy and now is an escort and when I looked over it seemed like it was her insta. Then when I asked where she’s from he said Arizona, which is where he just took a trip to. It might not seem very suspicious but he acted very weird during and after that. I could let go but idk if I should worry or not🤷🏻‍♀️
