coughing and incontinence

this is so embarrassing but what are ya gonna do.

i pee. i dont leak. i pee.

im 35 years old, 23wks, and this is my first pregnancy.

from day 1 of morning sickness, i would pee whenever i threw up. it was so stressful worrying about peeing my pants while feeling like dog 💩. id have to strip in my bathroom hopefully in time for me to vomit.

now, i am sick and the coughing is out of control. i dont know how to suppress it! its not so bad that i feel i need medicine except that im now sleeping on a towel at night and changing pads every minute bc of this bladder issue. im so embarrassed 😞. i thought this only happened after kids and if its like this now i have these visions of adult diapers instead of thongs.

what do i do?!?!?!?? im desperate!!!!
