Help calm me down

I’m totally freaking out. I don’t know my DPO, but I know that my first date of my last period was 11/30. I am very regular and have my period every 28 days like clockwork. I took an ovulation kit on 12/15 and it was dark pink. On 12/24 and 12/25, I didn’t feel right, so I took a hpt and both were negative. Yesterday night, I took five HPTs including FRER twice and got a faint line. I also was up all night from nausea. Today I took a few more HPTs, all faint positives. Nausea the whole day and fatigue this afternoon. I took a blood test this morning and my progesterone was 11.2. My doctor is extra conservative and is starting me on progesterone suppositories tonight. My beta is only 10!!! :( They said I’m pregnant but want to retest me in 48 hours which is the longest wait of my life. They said they will be happy if I have at least a 60% increase. All I keep reading about is miscarriage and chemical pregnancy. I don’t know what to do. I feel more nauseous this afternoon than yesterday, but I’m terrified I’m about to MC. I know it’s within “normal” ranges especially considering that we don’t know what DPO exactly. Any advice? Help.
