Sever back pain @ 13weeks
I hurt my back 2 years ago and it got fixed. now that I am pregnant 13w almost 14w. I have been having some bad left lower back pain. I have no heating pad to use. hot bath and hot shower doesnt work.
what are my options? am I allowed to go to a chiropractor even though I am pregnant?
