Anyone know what this rash could be from?

My daughter is three weeks old and has only had this rash today. It's mainly on her face and you cant see it very well in the picture but its on her ears too. Wondering if anyone knows what it could be?

Baby acne, totally normal and will usually resolve itself. if you're BF, you can get some breastmilk on that babe!

Looks like baby acne. My daughter got it too. It goes away after a while. I just kept it moisturized a little.

Baby acne. It’s normal. Just don’t mess with it and it will go away in the next few
Days or weeks.
