Cramping are coming and going

So I've been expecting period like cramping on my left side normally what I feel when I get my period. And it comes and goes and there's no chance it could be I'm pregnant.

I'm not bleeding, in a weird way I'd accept the cramps if I was bleeding 😩 I don't know if this is normal? I'm trying to stay calm as I don't want to activate any anxiety.
