Very hesitant on which type to definitely stick to, not sure what’s the best or safest out there. I know everyone takes to things differently but would like to know what others have depended on 👍🏽

Only condoms will prevent sti’s.

Iud!!! It’s one of the most effective, you can’t really fuck up (ie forgetting to take pill), last years, easy to insert, some women stop getting their period (I don’t on Mirena), can get pregnant right away after taking it out

i tried the pill, shot, and nuva ring. nuva ring was my favorite honestly and for me had the least amount of side effects.
