Any PMS/PMDD help other than advil???

I get horrible pms (might be PMDD but im unsure) normally a few days before and throughout my period. I currently just take a bunch of advil and use a heating pad and have barely any relief. i’m starting birth control in hopes that it will help with cramps, headaches and moods swings but IS THERE ANY THING ELSE THAT CAN HELP MY PMS
