Burping impossible

I try every single position there is to burp and it is almost impossible to get him to burp. I spend most of the night feedings trying to get him to burp and when I put him into bed he is up within 5 minutes fussing in discomfort. He is exclusively breastfed. Not sure what to do anymore as I’ve been giving him Mylicon after his feedings. Please help!
