Contractions at 11 weeks??

So this is my second child and with my first I had contractions all the time which I was told it’s my body growing and preparing. They were never painful until actual labor. Well I’m 11.5 weeks now and last night I woke up in the middle of the night with what seemed like contractions but felt much more real and somewhat painful that I couldn’t sleep. It’s stopped but I’m worried it will happen again. Is this is because it’s my second time around? Has anyone else had this?!? Thanks’
