I have a Laila (lie-lah) some pronounce it (lay-lah) because we all pronounce things differently if you don't want people to get confused I would go for lylah

I’ve seen it spelled so many ways but my favourite is just Lila. Try typing them on on Microsoft word or somewhere and see which ones have a spell check line.
