Help!!!

I’m 32 and 4 day pregnant. I’m a first time mom. I’ve been having extremely bad pelvic pain to the point I can’t walk without crying or even sleep. I’m also having to go to the washroom a lot and finding a lot of discharge. I was wondering if anyone has experience this? My aunt said it sounds like preterm labour.
I’ve tried:
-hot water bottle
-stretches
-heating pad
- a bath
