Baby is measuring over full term at 34weeks..

So Ive been monitored closely throughout my pregnancy and I’ve been for growth scans before however the last 2 times I have had a massive jump on the scale and now according to my measurement I my baby is measuring 42 weeks at 34 weeks. I’m being sent for another growth scan to see but that’s not until Tuesday. If my baby is in fact large, would they end up inducing me early? I can’t imagine the size she would be or myself if I went another 5 and a half weeks!

Does anyone have any experience with this?
