Hey ladies!
I know it’s still early but after 5 months of TTC, I finally tested positive for pregnancy 😊 It still feels surreal and I’m in an state of shock and disbelief but I’m trying to calm myself down. Hubby doesn’t know yet so I left him a msg on our little blackboard in our kitchen with the results so he’ll be in for a surprise when he gets home from work. 😛
This will be my first pregnancy so all kinds of emotions and feelings are consuming me at the moment along with the possibility of miscarrying as it seems it’s so common in women these days. Perhaps it’s something I shouldn’t be thinking about but I can’t help but have it at the back of my mind.
I’m excited, scared and happy with everything. It’s really nice to be able to share this news with all of you lovely ladies as I’ve been journeying and following a lot of your experiences and rooting for everyone. For all of you still trying, don’t put pressure on yourselves and try to just focus on enjoying the moment with you and your partner. I hope 2018 will bring all of you lots of happiness, prosperity and surprises like I’ve experienced today. God bless! X
