Can I ovulate with a higher temp of 98.60?

There is not enough information here to give you an answer. It is very important to temp every morning at the same time before getting out of bed. It looks like you did not temp a lot of days from your chart.

You may have already ovulated if your temp is that high. Mine don’t get up in the 98’s til after ovulation
