second dose of letrozole same cycle

hi!! anyone else going through this right now? I started with 2.5 and had an ultrasound that only had 9-11 size follicies. my doctor upped the dosage to 5 mg, on day 3 of taking it and go back in 6 days to see how they are growing!! I am finally hopeful and know that I will ovulate at some point. I also will do the trigger shot.
