What’s in your hospital bags ladies?

I’m still buying a few things but I had a maternity tour at the hospital I’m giving birth in and the nurse was sure that we don’t need to bring much because they provide pretty much everything we need. I still haven’t brought any nursing bras, bigger and comfy panties, Comfy clothes, nursing pillow and a few other things I’m sure I’ll need. I have 2 weeks to gooo🤗
Post pictures of your hospital bag or list what you’re bringing..I’ll love to get some ideas 💡

I just packed mine and I have: robe, socks, leggings, tank tops, night gown, nursing bras, granny panties (😂) toiletries, pads, nursing pads. I tried to keep it as simple as possible!

toiletries for me ....I've got wipes and nappies breast pads, muslin clothes  baby wash and lotion and oil, nipple cream, disposable underwear, maternity pads, makeup wipe shampoo and wash, toothpaste etc

Baby toiletries... I'm taking away the shampoo and lotion are cuz I feel baby doesn't need that in case it causes a reaction skin so just going to use cotton wool and water to clean baby. I also packed 4 different outfits including a coat and swaddle... one because I don't know the gender and secondly I couldn't decide!! I've packed 3 nighties 1 home outfit and 2 thin robes plus thick socks ... I'll end up wearing a large warm scarf which is big enough to be a blanket to keep myself warm oh and an old  pair of flip flops....

ME: travel sized shampoo+ conditioner, soap, facewash, lotion, qtips, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, fuzzy socks, pj pants, sweatpants, bra, tshirt, tank top, going home outfit, make up bag, contact case, lip balm, nipple cream, phone charger, wallet.  BABY: 3 warm jammies, going home outfit, headbands, hat, socks, blanket, nooks. DAD: nothing, lol we live a couple blocks from the hospital so I'm sure he'll be going home to shower and change everyday since he'll want to check on our boys anyway.

I brought a couple of those battery operated candles with me ... hospital gets lonely at night and if your there two nights these were so comforting and offered just enough light to nurse while not being jarring . Also lavender oil, Seems like frivolous things to have haha but I loved it and highly recommend it . It made me feel a little bit more comforted and human while in the hospital room

besides a change of clothes for going home, I packed my own towel and shower supplies. plus my kindle tablet and my slippers to walk around in. I would also bring your own pads for after delivery that you know will be big enough for your size. the hospital ones aren't always big enough.

I won't post everything since most stuff is common sense like clothes and toiletries. Some things I am bringing tho is a blue tooth speaker, oil diffuser ( if you're into that ).. also the hospital I go to suggested bringing your own pillow and fuzzy blanket and SLIPPERS incase you have to walk around hospital.

I have all the same things Autumn has minus pads and undies (hospital will supply mesh underwear). my addition would be TRAVEL sized toiletries so you don't have to pack last minute,  phone charger,  glasses(if you wear contacts) and a reusable grocery bag (for hospital freebies). Also my nook to keep me occupied 😊
