Hi! I’m Jenny I have a son named Jamey he is basically a year old. I’m ttc baby number 2. I got my nexplanon out December 1st and just got my first period yesterday. Any advice or any kind of tips or tricks to getting pregnant? I really want to try for a girl but not sure how to do that lol my cousin did it and was successful
