okay so my 4 month old is such a squirmer when he sleeps!! to the point where he can't fall back asleep unless I rock him back to sleep. I'm sure he's squirming because he's fighting to fall back asleep (or fighting his sleep😂) but I'm just wondering if anybody has any ideas that could help without me having to actually pick him up and rock him back to sleep again? is it something maybe he'll learn on his own once he gets past this mental leap? I try soothing things to him like patting his side, stroking his cheek, putting my hand on his tummy... those things will help for a second then he'll start squirming all over again😧
