Haven’t Eaten In 4 Days

I’m about 7 weeks a long and a mother of a one year old boy. My morning sickness is so bad I can’t eat anything at all. Thinking about cooking or any food makes me gag. I can’t even cook for my son. I often throw up water and stomach acid and the bites of food I do manage to eat I get diarrhea shortly after. I have sea bands but they don’t do much. I threw up blood day before yesterday. I have a my first doctors appointment set but it’s for another two weeks from now. Should i go to the er? Any suggestions?
