Late Period?!?

Okay so I’m 16 years old and I have had my period since I was 13-14 and like it tends to be pretty regular and for the past couple of months it came right on time. Christmas Day I was supposed to get it and I didn’t and it’s three days late. I am not a virgin but I haven’t had sex since July and I used protection and I know I’m not pregnant. I’m just really worried since it’s three days late. Is that unusual? Is there anything I can do to like make it come? Should I stop panicking? Like I’m in dire need of reassurance and assistance

trust me i have been a month late, you’re fine! you haven’t had sex since july so there’s no way you could be pregnant especially if you’ve already had your period after july. I believe it’s the stress that’s making your period delay. Just think positively and relax.

I was around 16 when mine did it's "jump" scared the shit out of me bled the next month. No sweat.

It can be late due to your diet or stress. Anything can factor into your period being late. Nothing to worry about!

Don't worry about it hunny sometimes periods do that I'm never regular sometimes I'm 5 days late or 3 days earlier.
