Post Dinner num 2 snack

I made a smoothie with oatmeal ground up in it to help increase my milk supply. It’s also frozen strawberries, bananas, & blueberries with almond milk & half a scoop of protein powder. It’s delicious & healthy! I’m just so tired of always being hungry & starting to gain weight 😕
