My doctor confirmed this morning that I miscarried over the weekend. It was my first miscarriage and it was early in the pregnancy but that doesn't mean it hurts any less. My husband and I have been ttc for 2 and a half years. We already have a 6 year old but I have wanted another child for many years but 2 and a half years ago my husband agreed and we have been trying ever since. Little did I know, I was diabetic and I didn't know that until this last September. My A1c has dropped considerably and I think that may be the reason we were finally able to conceive, regardless of the outcome. I asked my doctor today how long he recommended we wait to try again and he stated 2 months (cycles) and sent over a Rx for bc. Did you and your spouse wait to try again? If so, how long?
