Copper IUD for Women Who Haven't Been Pregnant?

Hey everyone. I have become thoroughly fed up with my birth control pills. I have tried a couple of different brands and hate the way they make me feel. Plus, they've released that study saying it probably increases chances of breast cancer more than they thought...

I don't trust condoms alone as my partner and I also use them with my pills.

I was wondering if any women who haven't given birth have had success with a copper IUD NOT expelling or causing issues? Thanks!
