Military/Military spouses please help

My boyfriend plans to join the army next month, and I'm 5 weeks pregnant. His recruiter said that he cannot join if we aren't married because single parents are not accepted. I planned to continue living with my parents until his housing situation becomes more stable. If we get married before he joins, I know I will have to be on tricare and not my parents insurance anymore. Will I be able to receive all the benefits while living away from him? How will this work? Do I have to change my doctor?
