Tips for Increased Production
Can I get some tips for increasing production without increasing frequency? I have had a GI bug since I got home from the hospital a week ago so increasing food isn’t working. I actually produce 160-200mL every 4 hours currently and have started my freezer stock pile, but i would like to stock as much as possible so I don’t have to pump much longer after I go back to work. Thoughts? Tips/tricks?
