While I've been working on loving my body as is... and have been concentrating on eating healthily instead of concentrating on the scale. I've been trying to not get caught up in weight loss, inches, etc. Most of my "diet plan" has been I'm not allowed to eat anything that I don't make from scratch. Meaning not even the boxed items you make at home, everything is from real ingredients and with no added refined sugars.

But I must admit it is really rewarding when people notice your hard work. So far I've had 3 people that are near strangers (neighbors acquaintances, etc) comment positively on it. It really makes me feel like it's visible... even if that wasn't the main goal of my diet change.

I've lost 50 pounds in the last 14 months and have gone from an obese BMI to a just a few pounds short of a healthy BMI!
