Advice please...

Hi everyone. My close friend miscarried at about 7 weeks. I found out I was pregnant about 2 days after this. We would have only been about a week apart. Her dearest wish was that we would be pregnant at the same time. She knows I've been trying but doesn't know that I'm pregnant. I know that she's still really upset by her miscarriage and she gets upset when her colleagues etc talk about their pregnancies. How should I go about telling her?
