6 weeks pregnant and bleeding... second miscarriage?

Had cramps and weird twinges all day ... went to the loo just now and there’s pinkish blood on the paper
This is how I knew I was miscarrying last time.
I can’t believe this is happening again. I’m trying to be positive until I get referred for a scan but given the time of year that probably won’t be until early January.
Is there any chance this could work out play? I feel like I’m going out of my mind.
