Paragard: no period

Hey guys. Just a question i have Paragard. The non hormonal IUD. I got inserted in june. I’ve not had hardly any issues, mostly normal cycles, maybe a little bit heavier but other than that pretty normal. I had started bleeding pretty regularly for almost 2 months and was stated on a “step down” birth control method. I took 4 pills one day, 3 the next, 2 the next and so on. This was to make me have a period, then help regulate them from then on out. However i haven’t had a period since then. My boyfriend has finished inside of me, so i was nervous and took a preg test first thing the other morning and it was negative. I have cramped and bled very little between then and now. I just wasted to see if anyone has had the same situation or any suggestions??
